MatchMySport is designed to be private and safe for everyone, including children.
The questions you answer (age group, interests, health considerations) and the ZIP code you enter are used only on your own device to generate your results. They are never saved by us and never sent to us.
MatchMySport does not require you to sign up, does not use advertising, and does not track you across the web.
When you tap a “Find coaching,” “Learn more,” or source link, you'll be taken to a third-party website (such as Google Maps, Yelp, or a sports-medicine organization). Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we don't control. We only pass along the ZIP code or search term needed to open that search.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information (such as a device's IP address) for security and to keep the site running. We don't use this to identify you.
We use Netlify Analytics to understand how many people visit, in aggregate. It runs on the server — there are no cookies and no tracking scripts in your browser — and it shows us anonymous totals such as page views and visitor counts. It does not identify you or follow you across other websites.
The optional "Send feedback" button opens a Google Form. If you choose to submit it, your responses are sent to Google Forms (subject to Google's privacy policy) and shared with us. Please don't include personal information — we only see what you choose to type.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
MatchMySport offers general information only. Always check with a doctor or qualified coach before starting a new sport, especially if there's a health condition.
